Who We Are
We are a group of Christians committed to knowing Jesus as he is revealed to us in the bible and to telling others about Jesus. We believe that the good news about Him is the best news anyone can hear about. We try to make sure that Jesus shapes everything we do and that we reflect the Grace that God has shown to us.
Where We Came From
We are a church which was started in October 2016 by people who were living in Milnthorpe and surrounding areas, but attending Parr Street Church in Kendal.
It was the hope of Parr Street Church that this new church would extend God mission beyond the borders of Kendal. They continue to support and pray for us as we seek to share the wonderful news of Jesus with people.

Leadership Team
Peter Bramhall – Minister and Elder
Peter is married to Kirsty and has three boys, Nathaniel, Harry and Joel. After studying for a Bachelor of Divinity at Moore Theological College (Sydney Australia), Peter worked in a large Church of England church in Sheffield. He is delighted to have moved back to the North West. He enjoys good coffee, cycling, trying to grow vegetables on the family allotment and family board games.
Adam Taylor – Elder
Husband to Rosie, father to Lottie and Florence. Raised in Kendal and now living in Milnthorpe. Loves being outside, in lakes, on mountains, running and cycling.
Kevin Gregory – Elder
Kevin is married to Julie and they have four adult sons. Born and raised in Newcastle, he went to college in Manchester where he met Julie whilst he was studying Accounting and Finance. They eventually settled in Cumbria and have enjoyed over 30 years in this beautiful part of the world. He enjoys hill and coastal walking in the Lakes and South West Scotland, and supporting NUFC from a distance.
